מנכ”ל משרד הבריאות: אנחנו במדרון חלקלק

בביקור במרכז הרפואי זיו בצפת התייחס מנכ”ל משרד הבריאות, חזי לוי, למצב התחלואה מנגיף הקורונה והבהיר את חומרת המצב. נכון להיום יש במחלקת ההתפרצות בזיו תפוסה של 123 אחוז.

עד לפני כשבוע המצב במרכז הרפואי זיו היה סביר. ב- 1 בינואר התפוסה במחלקת ההתפרצות, בה מאושפזים חולי הקורונה, היתה 65 אחוז בלבד, ובטיפול נמרץ רק 58 אחוז. אולם בשבוע האחרון השתנתה המגמה.

על פי הדיווח האחרון שנמסר יש במחלקת ההתפרצות בזיו תפוסה של 123 אחוז. יש 9 חולים מונשמים במצב קריטי, 18 חולים במצב קשה, ו-14 חולים במצב בינוני.

זו תמונת המצב שהוצגה בפני מנכ”ל משרד הבריאות שהגיע היום לביקור בזיו. המנכ”ל התרשם מהמאמץ שנעשה בבית החולים לתת מענה לתחלואה המתגברת. הוא ביקר במחלקת ההתפרצות וקיים ישיבה עם הצוות הרפואי הבכיר של בית החולים.

המנכ”ל התייחס לסגר המלא שהוטל ואמר: “אני מאוד מקווה שהוא ישפיע, אני מקווה שאנשים יבינו שאנחנו נמצאים בתחלואה שהיא מדרון חלקלק לדרדר אותנו למקום שבו אנחנו נתקשה מאוד לטפל באנשים בצורה אופטימלית,

“אני מקווה שאנשים יבינו שלמרות הקושי והכאב, ויש קושי וכאב ויש אנשים שאיבדו את מטה לחמם, אבל יחד עם זאת אנחנו חייבים לעשות הכל כדי להוריד את התחלואה, ואני מקווה שאם האנשים יהיו עם משמעת נכונה, אנחנו נצליח ביחד להוריד את התחלואה למימדים שאפשר להכיל אותה”.
